Dr. Freedman began practicing Family Medicine in Vail in 1975.  He is a Senior Aviation Medical examiner for the FAA and provides all classes of FAA exams at our Edwards office.

He enjoys travel medicine and serves as a Ship’s Physician for various cruise  lines.   His special interests include travel medicine, altitude related illness, and head injuries.

He is a Clinical Professor in Family Medicine at the University of Colorado Dept. of Family Medicine.  He is the residency coordinator of the Acute Care and Orthopedic rotation for third year Family Medicine Residents at Copper Mountain.
